Adidas Originals presents This Is Superstar
To mark the return of its classic Superstars range, adidas is putting on a three-day long celebration at 180 Studios. The trainer was born in 1969, and over 50 years has become known for walking the intersection of sneakers, streetwear, rap and sport, so naturally the weekend-long celebration of the legendary shoe will combine all those things too.
Featured on the packed programme are three separate night-time events which, while free, do require booking. Friday night sees NTS Radio curating a line-up of live music and DJs (reserve your spot here) while grime heavyweight Ghetts will headline a Saturday night showcase curateds by Rinse FM (book your tickets here), before the weekend concludes with a block party hosted by ASOS and former Time Out cover stars Confidence Man on Sunday evening.
You can also get involved in al sorts of free daytime fun, from workshops, panels and open skate sessions hosted by the Adidas Global skate team to free tooth gems, nail art, haircuts and trainer customisation sessions by the London Sneaker School.
