Dissapointing service for an amazing space. It is quite difficult to get the waiter/waitress to get you the right order and when they do you wish they would had advised you. I have been there in 4 occasions as it is close to the office and there has been no improvement but the opposite. A drink I ordered was served in a tiny mini super small milk bottle instead of Martini glass; they decided it looked funky but it was ridiculous to drink. For dinner the lobster was dry and very chewy and it took us ages to grab the waiter to bring more drinks. During breakfast I had to sent back the Eggs benedict twice as when I ordered them with salmon they did not think that implied taking the ham out of it, and they couldn't be bothered to ask... however, they do make sure they add 12.5% for service charge to every bill.... I wish I got 12.5% extra for doing a bad job!
