A pub and dining room from Ed and Tom Martin's ETM group (The Gun, Chiswell Street Dining Rooms, The Cadogan Arms), operating over two floors on Fetter Lane. Nine ales, beers and ciders - as well as a further guest beer - are on draught in the downstairs bar, alongside seven bottled options, five cocktails and a wine list broken down by country and region.
The food menu - available in the bar and in the upstairs dining room - features dishes such as slow cooked lamb shoulder ravioli with seared tongue and Berkswell cheese, pumpkin gnocchi with wild mushrooms and Linconshire poacher sauce, and a chocolate and Pedro Ximenez pave served with espresso ice cream. Snacks such as Sicilian green olives and smoked almonds are available downstairs.
A six-course tasting menu can be matched with wines, and there are occasional one-off wine and dinner events. Cocktail nights and other special offers take place, too.
