Bars & Pubs

  • Ten Bells

  • The Ten Bells' location, between Liverpool Street and Brick Lane, and dishevelled scruff-bag charm ensures it's packed to within an inch of its life with fashionable young locals, after-work creatives and the odd on-the-up rock star most nights - suffice to say it's not a poser-free zone. On the whole, though, the crowd is a friendly bunch, though bore them with Jack the Ripper pick-up joint stories at your peril. The usual suspects are all on tap, with more adventurous bottled imported lagers also on offer. Summer sees the street outside packed with drinkers and boho bonhomie.
