Who would've guessed throwing a bunch of famous people in a room to read remarkable letters ranging from Virginia Woolf's suicide note to a letter from Ghandi to Hitler would become such a hit? Well, that's Letters Live for you, a fascinating, star-studded theatrical event that was a complete sell-out during its last run in the spring. But if you couldn't get your hands on tickets then, you're in luck: it's heading back to the Freemasons' Hall in Covent Garden this October.

So who's on the line-up? As usual, organisers are killing us with the suspense and keeping schtum – but if previous readers like Benedict Cumberbatch, Jude Law, Carey Mulligan, Kylie Minogue and Tom Hiddleston are anything to go by, we reckon you won't be disappointed.

Tickets for the next round go on sale on July 22 – but in the meantime, we've got an exclusive look at Matt Berry reading Elvis Presley's letter to President Nixon:

Letters Live is at Freemasons’ Hall, October 4-8. Find out more at letterslive.com.
