As the city's love for boxing shows no signs of slowing down, TB has now decided to open a second north London site. It’ll be the home of its signature classes, BoxingYoga and Get FIT Not HIT, which promises to get you ‘fighting fit in a seriously fun way, without getting hit in the face’. Phew...

Well, voila: the first Heavy Fitness class goes down on January 17 at Frame Shoreditch. Coming courtesy of the Massive Music agency, brace yourself for a tune-fuelled, body burning session that oughta give that post-Christmas flab a good thrashing. Goth gear optional.

Get your warm and fuzzy kicks with a 75-minute slow flow restorative yoga session, followed by a bit of meditation, a turmeric latte to recover and a lovely gift to take away.
