Log out of Facebook, put down your smart phone and take off those earphones. In fact, you might want to get as far away as you can from all things technological and not watch this 'Black Mirror' trailer at all.

Charlie Brooker's seriously scary TV series has moved to Netflix for six new haunting instalments. Like before, they are set in the incredibly near future and the likes of social media, apps, webcams and gaming come under the spotlight. And, like before, it's turning us into terrified, paranoid technophobes.

Season three is all about the items we place on every desk and carry around in our pockets. Technology has infiltrated our world, making our day-to-day lives easier. But, as this trailer proves, it has dark and disturbing potential.

A woman battles to increase her popularity score on an app. Computers outsmart man. We all lose sight of what's real. Are we talking about 'Black Mirror' or London in 2016? We don't even know any more...

'Black Mirror' will be on Netflix from October 21.
