There's going to be a new floating seafood restaurant on Regent's Canal

After popping up all over town, the London Shell Co are finally settling down with their first permanent, floating restaurant on Regent’s Canal. The Prince Regent canal boat will set sail on November 3 serving up seasonal-inspired seafood dishes alongside an extensive wine and cocktail list. They'll be moored in Paddington and doing static lunches and cruisin', boozin' dinners that may or may not look like the psychedelic mock-up above. And if the sample menus are anything to go by (oh hi smoked cod’s roe and burnt leeks on toast), it's going to be a staying afloat for awhile.
