Off the Page: Translating Poetry into Dance

An evening of poetry and performance. Choreographers Marquez & Zangs will explore the ways poetry can be interpreted through dance, in particular, Guillaume Appollinaire's poem 'Le Pont Mirabeau'. The dancers' performance will be followed by a discussion with Betsy Gregory about who a 'translation' belongs to once it's been through the process. This looks to be an intriguing night.
