This New Year's Eve party has one helluva unique USP: it's not actually on New Year's Eve. Eccentric party hosts The Last Tuesday Society ask you to laugh in the face of tradition and join them for a huge NYE bash a whole day early, on 30 December. Why? Well, 'why not' is essentially the attitude here, but don't worry too much about that and just enjoy a cabaret stage, music from the London Gay Symphony Orchestra, gypsy/klezmer/Balkan outfit The Turbans and a midnight set from NYC electroclash DJ Larry Tee. There's also a banqueting hall, a life-drawing room and a dungeon... Dress code is 'divine decadence' and masks are obligatory, and part of the door and bar takings go to homeless charity Crisis.
