West London’s best kept comedy secret, this monthly night is fantastic fun with ace line-ups picked by true comedy connoisseurs. In June they celebrate their fifth birthday with back-to-back nights of stellar stand-up. On Monday June 6, they welcome a very special mystery guesty headliner, outspoken Aussie Brendon Burns, lagubrious comedy legend Norman Lovett, and sketch trio Massive Dad. On Tuesday June 7, there is a headline set from chucklesome misansthrope Nick Helm, Aussie loon and Ed comedy winner Sam Simmons, Joseph Morpurgo and more. What a treat.

This is a really fun, eclectic night. Seen some great names down there. It's always a good laugh and a decent price

Well done to all the acts and Simon Lukacs for putting on such a great gig each month. Fantastic venue and value for money and well worth a visit if you are in the Putney area.

Gits and Shiggles always seems to get the best acts. The venue is lovely and the atmosphere is very welcoming.

I've attended more than a few of these excellent comedy nights. Always a good mix of comedians of all stripes and quite often a surprise guest or two. If you are within striking distance of SW15 and love comedy, you will have a great time, guaranteed, and the entry price is always very reasonable, especially considering the number, quality and sheer talent of the acts that the splendid curator, Simon Lukacs manages to organise. Do yourself a favour - go!

Have had so many laughs at this place. Last time I went Alistair McGowan turned up and did a set!
