New Movement Collective: Nest

New Movement Collective, a group of choreographer/performers mainly made up of ex-Rambert dancers, presents a new site-specific work in the disused Welsh Chapel on Shaftesbury Avenue. The venue, which has been closed since 2010, was home to the Limelight nightclub in the 1980s, and is now being redeveloped as a performance venue. This performance should be a taster of what's to come. The piece, 'Nest', uses dance, original music, animation, design and interactive light technologies to create an immersive promenade performance exploring the building.
