My family and I have even enjoying the breakfasts at the Cafe for years. The children enjoy watching the planes while they eat. Unfortunately, it is now under new management and the terrible menu is only only surpassed but the awful customer service. We waited over an hour for a sausage in a roll, during which time we were told only 10 more minutes multiple times. When the food did arrive it was incomplete and we were told that we would have to choose an alternative. We told them we were unhappy with the service and requested our money back, which was refused! Everyone in there was complaining about the writing times. The manager seemed completely ill equipped to deal with basic food preparation or customer service.
Hygiene was also an issue. There was hair in the marshmallows (for the hot chocolate) and a small child, the managers son?!, kept running in and out of the kitchen. Not the most suitable environment to raise a child or attempt to prepare a meal.
As we left, never to return, the manager stopped my child and tried to take toys he had brought from home!
