Visitors to Santa's grotto enter a stereoscopic 3D visual experience, which includes an animated story about Elbow the Elf along with effects including wind, lights and elf dust. Each child has the opportunity to feature in the film, helping Elbow on his journey to help save Santa's presents from the good-elf-turned-bad.
