Time Out says
These 90-minute tours include the chance to see the England team's changing rooms and warm-up areas, walk through the players' tunnel, sit in the dugouts, follow the trophy presentation route and hold an FA Cup replica in the Royal Box. New exhibits to look out for on the tour include the 1948 Olympic torch and the famous crossbar from the 1966 World Cup Final.

Times 9.30am-4.30pm daily; tours do not take place on public holidays and during the build-up to and wind-down from major sports or music events so advance booking is recommended
