Eastern Electrics

Critics' choice
Hatfield House, London Saturday August 1 2015

Line-up tba.

Returning to the grand grounds of Hertfordshire's Hatfield House for the second year, premier dance festival Eastern Electrics has grown into an even bigger beast for 2015: the capacity of the one-day event has expanded to 12,000 people, plus the organisers have added an eighth stage and a 'ravey woodlands' area, which will no doubt delight the party-hungry hordes. The line-up hasn't yet been announced, but considering 2014's roster featured the likes of Kerri Chandler, Ellen Allien, Waze & Odyssey, Daniel Avery, Mano Le Tough and Derrick Carter, it's safe to assume that this year's instalment will once again feature an array of the globe's finest house and techno selectors. And if you want a break from all that dancing, the Electric City area is also returning to satisfy all your cabaret, fairgound and pillow fight needs.
