Colin Stetson

Solo saxophonist and multi-reedist Stetson returns to London after a successful two-day stint at Café Oto. He's played with Arcade Fire, Bon Iver, Tom Waits, TV On The Radio and Feist, but as a solo artist he specialises in uplifting, symphonic solo saxophone compositions (as heard on his three-part 'New History Warfare' project) that extract the full range of sounds from whichever instrument he happens to be playing at the time. It's breathtaking – literally.
