Kings Of Convenience

Summer’s back – and so are Norwegian folk-pop perfectionists Erlend Øye and Eirik Glambek Bøe, returning after a long absence to fill a few hundred Londoners with a warm, fuzzy feeling. They may look a bit like two geeky guys hanging out in the park with acoustic guitars, but their crafted, vaguely tropical songs are something quite out of the ordinary. At this two-night engagement in Shepherd’s Bush they’re playing their debut album ‘Quiet Is the New Loud’ all the way through, to celebrate a new book by Ørjan Nilsson about the making of the record. There’ll also be a live interview and book signing.
