Legendary Sonic Youth singer-songwriter, guitarist, producer and visual artist Ranaldo is known for the avant-rock approach which has seen him release a record with a locked run-out groove. He plays with his new project The Dust to promote their debut album, 'Last Night on Earth' – hopefully it'll be a worthy successor to Ranaldo's autumnal solo debut, 'Between the Times and the Tides'. Fellow Sonic Youth founder Moore plays a support slot, meaning that three quarters of the group will be present: Steve Shelley is drumming for The Dust.
