The Manchester pop-rock phenomenon return to the capital with new material
Four Mancunian lads play vaguely indie pop-rock that sounds like The Kooks jamming with The Big Pink and U2. Now promoting their second album, they’ve become teen sensations despite the credibility-busting fact that lead singer Matt Healy is the son of ‘Loose Women’s Denise Welch and Tim Healy off of ‘Auf Wiedersehen, Pet’. Dismiss them at your peril.
