The Rap Mayhem Festival is topped by Paz, one half of Philly hip hop duo Jedi Mind Tricks, with ex-La Coka Nostra rapper Ill Bill propping up a bill that also includes 'Dragnet'-sampling hip hop lyricist Pharoahe Monch (né Troy Donald Jamerson).
