Max Hoehn directs a love story told through Handel's arias and duets, exploring a couple's life together from childhood to old age. It evolved from a 30-minute showcase, successfully presented at Grimeborn 2012, into a full-length piece of theatre, with music from 'Rodelinda', 'Rinaldo', and lesser-known works.
With singers Robyn Allegra Parton and Anna Starushkevych (winner of the 2012 Handel Singing Competition). Julian Perkins conducts period players, the Sounds Baroque Ensemble.
