Last Night of the Proms

Sakari Oramo conducts the flag-waving culmination to the Proms, which reaches a crescendo with rousing favourites including Arne's ‘Rule, Britannia!’, Elgar's ‘Pomp And Circumstance’ March No 1 In D Major: ‘Land Of Hope And Glory’, Elgar’s orchestration of Parry’s ‘Jerusalem’ and Britten’s arrangement of the National Anthem. The concert will be broadcast in full live on BBC Two and BBC Radio 3. This year's soloists include tenor Juan Diego Flórez.
