This was my first time coming to Altitude 360 and I had managed to refrain from looking online at photographs before hand. When we walked into the restaurant a friendly waiter standing in front of an awesome view of London greeted us. If you want the wow factor this is the place to come. The room extends around the building giving excellent views of London. The white floors, walls and ceiling with tiny pops of colour through the red menus and acid green and pink cushions help to add a contemporary / minimalist feel. We were seated and told how the six-course taster menu worked and were offered three wine menus for red, white and sparkling. If you don’t drink wine you can select soft drinks but there are no other alcoholic drinks available. This was a minor annoyance balanced out by being able to swap dishes for a vegetarian option. Our waiter was very helpful and we readied for our food by admiring the incredible view. When we arrived it was daylight and seeing the change to night was well worth coming for. I won’t spoil the surprise by telling you exactly what we had, but will say we were left with a food menu whilst we ate. This meant we were able to determine the different elements of our dishes and see what was coming next. This was almost as fun as establishing which buildings where what, in the different areas of London and which direction we were facing. The food was very good (I had three favourite dishes), and after being worried the taster menu would leave me hungry I walked away nicely full, and a little merry. I will be back and I would definitely recommend going.
This is one of the best venues in central London for company parties at any time of the year, because the views are excellent and you are indoors. My steel drum band ensemble has performed here for events and the management are well organised, helpful and fluent with the service. I recommend this venue.
My friend brought me here for my birthday and it have to say one of the best places in London for food and for the amazing atmosphere. We had a table with a stunning view of the city, it is situated in a great location as well, away from the hustle and bustle of the West End. Although the food is amazing, the staff were also super friendly which made the dining experience all the better!
