  • I lived just up the road from the Cafe Mozart for 3 years. Even though I frequented the place just about every weekend, they never once said hello to me or acknowledged that I had even been there before. It was very bizarre. Never saw any of the staff smile there once; it was a not a fun place to go but the food was pretty good. It's just that it was the only decent place around.

  • The service was appalling! We were shown to a dirty table and told that it would be cleared asap. After a 15 minute wait, the table was still not cleared and we were not even provided with menus. All this time, the staff were walking around cleaning other tables which were either empty or not dirty. Finally I called out 'excuse me' to one of the waitresses at which point she stared at me with an angry expression and replied 'I'm carrying a tray full of glasses. It's very heavy. You don't want me to drop it now do you?'. And with that she stormed off into the kitchen. We were already upset with the service and that comment convinced us that we shouldn't waste our money on such a terrible place. We ended up having a very pleasant experience at Kalendar (next door to Cafe Mozart). This is one of the rudest places I have visited in London and will not be recommending it to anyone.

  • Only my 3rd choice was available from the menu and the cake served in a saucer instead of a plate, it tasted funny too, suspected it had been sprayed with washing liquid??? The staffs should not be employeed or they should be told they are not suitable for this job. No more than 3 words in each of their sentence and no smile on their face, tiny gym top showing their armpits and waist with dirty UGG-ish boots, that's surely wrong uniform. No returning to this place for sure.

  • We have had a very bad experience on Bank Holiday Monday at lunch time. The service was appalling and not all the food on the menu was available. The staff as the rudest on hand you can imagine and their English isn’t their strongest asset. I had been only welcomed when paid as they knew will leave the place. Mozart would turn around in his grave to see that his name had been used at such an establishment. What a shame! This place has also nothing in common with any of the continental cafes. The cakes are bought in cheap mass produced or even frozen. I will never go back again even if this is the only cafe on the planet. Also, I would not recommend anyone to visit this place until the staff and management changes.
