Doost offers Persian grills, seafood, stews and salads from across Iran, including duck breast in a pomegranate and wine sauce; Ghalieh Mahi (salmon steak with king prawns and tamarind); Barbary rice with saffron chicken; and vegetarian options such as Khoresht-E Bademjan (roasted aubergines in a tomato, grapes and saffron sauce). You can even buy ingredients to take home, should you be inspired to give the moorish cuisine a go and make the dishes yourself. Drinkswise, as the name suggests, there's a wide range of vodkas, supplemented by a good selection of classic and champagne cocktails from around £6.

Simply delicious! I had a Sultani kabab, it was juicy and the rice was perfectly cooked. Certainly one of the best Persian restaurants I've been too. Highly recommended
The food is wonderful and the owner and staff welcoming. The various persian rice dishes are sublime. Portions are large enough to make sure I can take a little away for lunch the next day to extend the pleasure. And do not miss the sweets. The chef is a genius. Not surprising there is a growing band of regulars at Doost.
Ok I have been searching for a great persian restaurant for the longest time and this is finally IT!! The food is out of this world, since i ve discovered this place I can't go to any other persian restaurant! The ambiance is also very nice, cosy and chic at the same time, lovely staff, also has a Vodka bar with all kinds of shots... if the owner is there at the same time as you... your in trouble! :D. You have never had good persian food until you have been to Doost!
