I wouldn't go out of your way to go to Fulushou, while the food was okay and the staff in the restaurant were very friendly the other staff were not as pleasant. To be able to eat at the restaurant you will need to pass two ID checks at the door and at reception and then have to register as a member at the front desk before you are allowed into the restaurant. The staff at the desk were rude about my partner not having a UK ID card and only a European one claiming not to recognise the card at all which is shocking in Soho and informed us we needed to leave our bags in the cloakroom, which was luckily free. I was reminded whilst waiting for my partner to fill in the registration form of where the cloakroom was in a rather frosty tone as if I should not be waiting for him and should leave him to it, which neither of us appreciated.
