I booked a table for a dinner on Christmas Eve with 3 days in advance. I called the restaurant to confirm the booking and they told me that everything was ok. On Christmas Eve while I was working I recieved a missed call from the restaurant and when I called they told me that they close that day without giving me any reasons, the man on the phone told me "we close because we close". As you see there is a lack of professionalism and a very poor customer service.
