A family owned and run establishment for over 33 years, Le Paris Grill is a city institution which has been serving classic French food and wines to its patrons since 1978. Throughout its history, the focus of the restaurant was on quality food and wine rather than fancy décor or designer furniture. One design feature which did become a tradition though was the collection of ties cut from their owner’s necks (often by their “excitable” friends) which then adorned the walls. The restaurant is now owned and run Christophe Trouard-Riolle who is determined to combine the best traditions of classic French cooking in the restaurant with more modern and cajun influences showing themselves in the Bar menu.
