Without a doubt, this was the worst gelato I've ever had. I had the nutella and the mint chocolate chip, both of which were completely tasteless, to the point that I couldn't even tell them apart. My boyfriend got the salted caramel, which tasted like fake butter flavouring, and almost made me gag. I don't understand how this place has gotten such high ratings elsewhere online, but I'm glad other timeout readers seem to agree with me. Scoop and Gelupo are miles ahead of this place, and even the sub-par soft serve from an ice cream van tastes nicer. What a waste of money,

If you want a cookie that comes out of a fridge and is so hard that you can't even cut it with a knife then this is the place to go! A real shame topped, with tasteless gelato.

Lick sucks! Had an absolutely inedible mango and peach scoop which was even too sweet for my 6 year old. Returned it after 2 licks and told the staff that is way too sweet and tasted very artificial (no mango coming through at all) and they just gave me a blank look and charged full price. Can get nicer mango sorbet from Waitrose!
