This restaurant is indeed my favorite Indian restaurant in London. The great flavours, taste & presentation of each & every dish is stunning and the staff takes complete pride in explaining the dishes to the customers.

Overall, an authentic Indian restaurant and cannot be compared to any of the curry houses in UK.

I came across it when walking past, and was attracted to the array of beaded suspended lights. The food was refreshingly different and far better than your standard curry house.  I tried the grand thali - the collection of little bowls of different dishes, which was all very good. Different flavours and textures, properly cooked and spiced. Staff were attentive and explained the menu well.More expensive than your average curry house, but worth it

We were visiting London when we went to this restaurant for a dinner. Ordered mangalore green chicken curry thali and rogan josh thali. Special mention for chapatis which are as good as homemade. Both were outstanding. Ambiance and Service is great. Recommend to everyone looking for authentic and fresh Indian food

We came here after getting a recommendation for a baby-friendly restaurant and on a Sunday evening with an 8 month old we had a fantastic experience. The food was delicious and good value for money, but what set it apart was the service. All of the staff were courteous and polite and interacted with our baby. Nothing was too much trouble and one waiter even came over to help distract him whilst we were feeding him. We will certainly be back.

Very pleasant staff, very helpful and knowledgeable of menu, didn't have a thali but starter and main course and it was delicious, fresh and full of flavour, desert was lovely too. Would definitely recommend and most certainly return. Excellent value too!

Had their Grand Thali (pick a curry and the rest is done for you). Selected Lamb Vindaloo. Nicely spiced but not as hot as expected - I guess designed for the average palett. I came with side dishes of lentils, aubergene, raita and rice with nan bread, popadom and two chutneys - chilli mint and a sweet chutney. The chiili mint was sublime. My wife had the smaller Thali.

All washed down with a bottle of Chillean Merlot and with 12.5% service came to £51.

I must question the other reviews as Masala Zone is the worst Indian I have ever had in London. There are a couple of other Indian restaurants in Camden which are much much better (Maharani, Naamaste). I live in Camden and will not be going back anytime soon.

Amazing authentic Indian cooking. Fantastic choice available by choosing the 'Thali' - a great way of having a bit of everything!

Amazing decor and a very friendly and welcoming staff. The food is amazing with good variety for starters main course and grilled stuff. I went for more traditional 'thali' which was very tasty and too filling lol. I loved it ans will visit again

Highly Recommended. Genuine Delicious Food. Love the street food. Friendly staff; Good atmosphere. Debby

Delightful place. Smashing authentic food. Not greasy. great street food. love the grand thali. Friendly zippy staff. Cool posters. Good value

I have to agree with Laurie, I thought the food was very poor, and the poppadums absolutely vile! If you want real Indian food, don't go to a chain.
