I have been a number of times and the food has always been superb, fresh and tasty. The kebabs and starters are great, the lamb in main courses melt in your mouth. The food is not stodgy or salty. The staff are friendly. The prices are very reasonable and it gets busy at peak times as you would expect. IMO it's one of the best and my friends agree.

Great food, great service, Food is truly amazing and riza's curry is just mouth watering, the chicken just melts in your mouth....I guess not all people can be satisfied but the place is always buzzing and busy.... I recommend the mixed grill, nihari and on the bone chicken curry....

Went there recently on 27 july 2012, 2 in group. Had mixed grill and a chicken curry and 4 in group had mixed bhajia, paneer tikka, and veg kofta. All of us found the food excellent. The ambience was really good, but space was tight. Would i go there again definitely.

Mr Chilli is a good, run of the mill Pakistani cafe. It's not stunning but it does the job. For those who rate it poorly, they obviously have little understanding of the cuisine they are tasting and so are probably unprepared. The food is not salty, it is just generously spiced in the manner of Pakistani Punjabi cuisine. If you want it less spiced, you simply say so. The fact that the cafe is almost permanently busy, and that with indigenous clientele tells you more than enough about how authentic the food is and how popular it is with those who know what the food should taste like. If that's not your bag, then go elsewhere, but don't critique something for not being what you think it should be when in fact it is just what it claims to be.
