Ed and Tom Martin's ETM Group (The Hat & Tun, The Botanist, Chiswell Street Dining Rooms) ventures to Canary Wharf with this 100-cover restaurant on the ground floor of the One Canada Square tower. The David Collins Studio is behind the design, where a downstairs centrepiece bar sits in front of stairs leading up to a dining room on the mezzanine, offering views out across Canada Square. Marble and leather play prominent parts.
An all-day brunch (9am-5pm) is available on Saturdays, with breakfasts, lunches and dinners offered throughout the week. The a la carte menu features dishes such as avocado with blue cheese, gem heart salad and toasted pine nuts, a king scallop and shrimp burger with Thai 'slaw and chips, and Scottish lobster cooked on the grill and served with garlic and parsley butter. The seafood is bought from Billingsgate Market daily.
An express set breakfast, cocktail deals, a prix fixe menu and champagne breakfasts also feature, as well as a bar menu with daily specials. The wine list offers old world and new world wines, including six champagnes, three sherries and four ports. Wine flights are available, too.
Featuring a 30-cover cocktail bar and 100-cover restaurant with mezzanine floor, we are open Monday to Friday for breakfast, lunches, cocktails and relaxed dinners as well as leisurely Saturday brunches and evening meals. You can indulge in our Bottomless Brunch on Saturdays where you'll receive two courses and limitless drinks for £35, or take up our Saturday evening menu where you'll receive three courses and bottomless house wine for £55 per person.
Showcasing seasonal ingredients from British suppliers, our ex-Ivy head chef has devised exquisite á la carte and all day menus. These feature fish fresh from nearby Billingsgate Market, meats from niche producers and daily changing specials to highlight the brigade's expertise.
Reserve the private mezzanine floor with your own cocktail bar and views over the elegant lobby and it will provide the ideal setting for private dining and drinks parties. No hire charges apply, simply a minimum spend on food and drinks. On Friday nights, Saturday brunches and Saturday evenings, our West-End trained live pianists will play your favourite pop songs blended with old classics while you wine and dine away.
