FIrst time there with my family (we are not korean) Firstly, I gotta say the food tasted great, at least at beginning. Once we entered and we taken to our seat by the manager, and i instantly noticed, there was a missing chair there, I was left standing there like an idiot for about 5 mins as nobody came to the table, until i talk to the manager and she looked me at and said "how can I help?" and clearly did not see I did not have a chair, I had to tell her, then she got me the chair. we sat by for another 20 mins, the table next to us was filled (by a korean family), another 5 mins the waiter came, took our order (6 in total), and then theirs staight away. our first dish came, it was suppose to be hot grill with fresh steaks, instead the steaks had been cooked already and was placed on top of a portable gas cooker (she should have told us the grill on the table was broken) bcoz the beef wasn't cook over time one after another, when we're done, the beef became chewy too sweet to consume. the next dish came by and it landed to the table next to us, not for us (despite it was what we ordered). throughout the next 20 mins our food was being alternate between us and the korean family next to us that arrived 30 mins after us. my mum wanted her individual dish bcoz she can only eat selective items, and her food arrived last of ours. by then we have been inside the restaurant for one hour. food tasted great, please note on the menu they say "seafood will not look the same as the picture presented in the menu" throughout we were never once asked if we were satisfied with anything. once we were done, we sat there for 30 min with all plates piled on top of each other before we had to call someone to get the bill. despite the korean family next to us was the last to enter the restaurant and a lot have left. one of the worst service ever, despite they were never once rude to us.


drove more than an hour to come here on the strength of the timeout review.very disappointed. worst stone bowl rice i've had in london. all veg including kimchi old and tired. sashimi half frozen. no.1 high street we went last week was much better.


It was my first time that I've been in that restaurant and I liked it and I want to go furthurmore in future. Is it good for birthday celebration?
