The Samosas were nice and came with a nice tomato based lentil sauce, yummy. You could really taste the dough but it wasn't as oily as your usual samosa. The mixed grill came with 2 shish kebabs, 1 lamb chop, 1 half chicken tikka, some pieces of chicken and some fish. All were good and cooked well but were all lacking a bit of flavour, seasoning and/or spice. And with the weird numbers no one had a full tastings. With that fiasco over and our party size then reduced mains were ordered.

We went simple-ish and ordered one butter chicken, one rice, two garlic naans and a new dish suggested by me...lamb coconut fry. Because I don't want to leave you in suspense, I will start with the lamb coconut fry. This was a winner, sweet with the coconut and very well cooked lamb. The dish was quote dry but with some garlic naan went down a treat. Onto the butter chicken and another winner. Creamy with a nice familiar taste. As always we couldn't finish the food but this time I blame the alcohol and suspense of watching the footy. (England were playing that night). All in all good food, however and this is a big however...very expensive for what it was. Remember I said this was in Chiswick not Hammersmith and the prices proved it to be.

Excellent service, varied & innovative menu, brilliant recomendations, absolutely incredible Indian cappuccino & brilliant atmosphere Would come again wothout a doubt

I went to Potli last week & had a meal of my life there. Straightforward & high quality food. You can tell the difference between a regular Indian & this 'pot cooking' style. Every dish had a flavour of its own & the price for what we had there was extremely reasonable. I also enjoyed their innovative & spiced laden cocktails too. A must, will go back soon.

This restaurant is absolutely amazing, can say one of the best indian food i ever tasted in london. quite authentic flavours.. very reasonable price.... great service... and quite refreshing list of mocktails & cocktails... highly recommended .....WILL BE BACK SOON

Brilliant service, lovely atmosphere, great decor and delicious and exquisite food! Can not go wrong with this place and after 3 visits they still leave me in awe! Love Potli

Delicious. Lovely lunch. The lightest lemon rice ever. Very reasonably priced considering it was top notch Indian cuisine. Loved it.
