Rooms are smart modern with splashes of colourful Indian saris and artwork. The 'evolved Indian' menu may include dishes like starter of chilli scallop and prawns brochette, street food chats, smoked salmon, main course of curry leaf flavoured duck
with mushroom risotto, sesame duck confit tikki, grilled spiced lamb fillet flavoured with cinnamon lamb jus and walnut semolina, and pudding of chocolate cravings platter. The superb extensive wine list is not to be missed.
