This is where I should write some words of wisdom and dazzling wit. Unfortunately I work in Finance so these qualities are well beyond my grasp....

Ho-hum. Good dosa (slightly sweet batter, though, which I'm discovering is a hallmark of a lot of South Indian food in Central London - a concession to local tastes, maybe? It's supposed to be a lot more sour, a taste I suspect many Brits don't do too well with). But good filling and nice coconut chutney, mediocre sambar, and a SHOCKINGLY BAD cup of 'filter coffee' - not only was it manifestly NOT south indian filter coffee, i am not even sure it was coffee. it tasted of nothing, didn't come in as tumbler, was not pre-mixed as south indian coffee is - what the hell was that! but a convenient place in central london to get a dosa fix...
