Used to my one of my favourite Thai restaurants, until I found another one round the corner. Staff are friendly and food is nice but perhaps not as high in quality as other establishments.

I will have to disagree with other reviews here. The restaurant has amazing Thai-inspired surroundings with delicious food and friendly staff. Also, contradictory to other comments here, the food is quite reasonably priced. The food is as good as the other Thai Square branches. So, my recommendation will be to give this restaurant a try and you won't be disappointed.
The quality is very average and the food is OVERPRICED. Service is not good (I had to go for my drink myself because they forgot to bring it and when we got it it was not that cold); Food was certainly not freshly made (even though it was Saturday and busy). Rice came in plastic bag (like those cooked rice bags in the stores that you can buy and microwave to use)! The overall experience was TERRIBLE! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!
Terrible service and average food. Strictly avoidable for the prices. First, they gave us a dish cooked in fish sauce despite we clearly confirming with the waitress that everything that we had ordered was veg. To which, she cheerfully confirmed that there will be no oyster/fish sauce in the dishes. Next, they billed us extra for a dish we had never ordered which we had to ask them to remove (of course, they were profusely sorry for the 'mistake') Finally (and what really pi**ed us off), when we refused to pay the 'Automatic Gratuity', we were questioned why is that and whether service wasn't appropriate.
