At The Bollo, everything is homemade and the menu is entirely governed by what"s in season. Our menu majors on hearty, warming dishes over the colder months; dry aged rib eye steak, warming stews & pies. We source our dishes from top-end suppliers.
At The Bollo, what we cook is governed by what's available in season. There's nothing like eating fresh, home-made dishes in the Summer sun. We've got oodles of benches and awnings for when, inevitably, the English sun gets mercurial.
