The Greedy Buddha restaurant in London’s Fulham neighbourhood is a rare purveyor of real Nepalese food. The setting is no yurt it’s a sleek, smart, contemporary corner restaurant in natural shades of curry powder, cream and persimmon with wooden flooring and tables with leather banquettes and lozenge shaped modern lighting dangling over head. The downstairs bar is a chillout zone you won’t want to leave. All dishes are freshly prepared from scratch using the freshest ingredients possible with no artificial colourings and authentic, too, as all the chefs are Nepalese. Live music of a cool jazz, blues and soft rock variety happens the last Thursday of every month and with great offers 'Beat the Clock" every night and Tuesdays 'Ladies Night' The owner, Ram, does everything possible to make your Greedy Buddha experience sublime.

Awful experience, regular customer however clearly its been taken over. Rude management, unhelpful, served meat to a vegetarian who has severe allergies. Had no interest in anything but taking our money. Dull atmosphere, completely lost its life that it once had

We love this place! Divine Nepalese food at very reasonable prices. Friendly atmosphere, I highly reccomend the last Thursday of the month when the basement bar hosts a extremely entertaining covers band. Inevitably ends up with everybody singing and dancing. Favourite dishes of mine include the mint chicken made in their clay ovens and the lemon grass king prawns.
