Rob Dunne and Vic Frankowski, previously of Fitzrovia coffee bar Tapped & Packed, have moved on and now run their eponymous coffee consultancy, Dunne Frankowski. Under the wing of PR-and-trend hunters Protein, they've just established their own tiny coffee space at the brand's 18 Hewett Street gallery, and it's all about substance over style. Currently, the room is as sparse as one could imagine, with a single modular counter which, combined with the minimal floor space, encourages punters to drink their coffee at the bar while chatting to the barista.
