I have multiple food intolerances and could find nothing suitable on the menu so Oz the manager arranged for a gluten free vegan stir fry to be specially made. The dish was ample consisting of a portion of rice and generous selection of vegetables and even without any sauce was flavoursome and delicious. Oh how I wish Wagamama could add this dish to their regular menu. He also went to the trouble of preparing edamame beans to be 100% gluten free by having them boiled up in a fresh pot of water. My daughter was helped to choose a noodle stir fry topped with salmon that was slightly modified to suit her dietary needs and we drank a lovely green tea which comes as complimentary with all meals.
All in all it was a fabulous meal with friendly and courteous service
Hey Wagamama, would I receive such high standard service in all your branches?
I hope so.
Many thanks to the Manager and all the Staff at Wagamama Brent Cross.

I went for lunch today. I ordered fried noodles and specifically asked no coriander vinegar sauce on it. It came with coriander vinegar sauce in it. One of the (eight!) members of staff in the restaurant spotted it, sent it back, apologised with me and so I had to wait double the time.
Suddenly I see 6 of the 8 waiters sitting down and eating all together, by then it was very difficult to get anyone's attention.
I finally get to enquire about desserts, I ordered an apple crumble. It was frozen, completely frozen. I asked the waitress if it was meant to be that way (!!!) she said no, she apologised and took it away.
Very disappointing.
