Nestled amongst the chic boutiques and furniture stores along Upper Street in Islington, our modern restaurant with its spacious lounge area is the ideal spot to indulge in a post-shopping cocktail.

Ziloufs is decorated in a warm blend of coffee and vanilla tones with 50s and 60s furniture and influences, perfect for a fun night of dining and dancing. Our chef was trained at one of the most high-profile Thai restaurants in Australia, and absolutely everything on the menu is made on the premises.

The baristas here make sensational coffee, and the barmen do an excellent Espresso Martini.

Went here on a Tuesday night, and what can I say I absolutely loved it. Wanted to start in the bar to try their 2 for 1 cocktails (which where amazing - would recommend the Godzilla Tokyo Drift - which was not part of the deal, but worth it), was seated in a couch by a waiter and given table service in the bar for an hour before we moved on through to the restaurant. Was meet there by yet another lovely waitstaff who recommended a nice bottle of wine to meet our tastes. I had an amazing scallop entree served with a lovely dashi broth to start and followed it up with Pot Roasted Short Rib, which was succulent and so so tasty. My friend had the 2 courses for 15pounds, cuttle fish salad to start and crispy pork belly to follow. And from what I tasted and the comments of my friends we loved every bit of it. From great service, to great food and drinks, to casual interior I would recommend this to anybody who wanted a casual quiet night out or a fun weekend. Will def have to try brunch one of these days as well.
