Zizzi's as a chain does decent cheap fare and good pizzas. This branch ought to be great, it has a fantastic location right by the dock. Unfortunately, it is a victim of its own success and at weekends it seems to be packed with party sized groups families with noisy children, daytime or evening. When we went there tables were well overdue to be cleared away and used napkin were scattered everywhere in the outside dining area. It was terrible. When we went we were hoping for a more romantic feel, but it felt more like Macdonalds in Oxford street on a Saturday Afternoon. The food was OK. If you like Zizzi, go to the one in Shad Thames over the river. You won't get the view, but the atmosphere is much more pleasant.
