This is the Rolls-Royce of bike shops. Founded by a former financier, the store serves London, and true pedalling connoisseurs, with custom-built racers costing up to £13,000. Before choosing their model, cyclists undergo a two-hour fitting session, where they’re filmed riding with LED markers to assess their optimum position and fit.
