Casablanca Spa

This place is special. I felt as though I walked into another universe in the middle of London. I usually do the high-end spas, so I was skeptical when my friend who did the booking told me about the location.. Dont let looks deceive you, this is a great experience. We did this as a group spa booking for the "girls" and had the full hammam experience, facials, massages, and ended with a lovely nap! We also had the place to ourselves which is surprisingly roomy downstairs. I can honestly say that this was one of the best spa experiences I had, and the reason was the warmth of Helen and the staff, the authenticity of the method and the experience. If you are willing to just let go, and allow them to guide you, you will not regret it. I honestly feel like I could not have gotten any better skin or relaxation anywhere in London - well, maybe for 4x the price!

Helen is absolutely amazing from the moment you step in to her spa you feel like you've entered another realm. She provides a true spa experience. I took my mum as a 'Welcome to London' treat and we had a great time. I have recommended this place to all my friends and it is something well worth experiencing; both myself and my mother intend on being regulars. Helen and her colleague were extremely respectful, I wear a headscarf and she was extremely accommodating. It is a great traditional, authentic experience and not on par with anything I've experienced in the Uk. Within 10 minutes of being there you feel like you've known Helen for years. My mother had a full body massage and I asked her how she felt when we left. "I feel like a new person I actually feel like I can fly". You can't get a much better testament then that! It's well worth a visit, a true safe haven in the middle of the busy Edgware Rd. I almost didn't go when I read some of these other comments, please ignore or you'd be doing yourself a disservice.

Went to the CasaSpa with 3 friends, having bought a voucher off Groupon. It was such a fun/funny experience we really enjoyed ourselves and are all very smooth and soft this morning. It was a bit disorganised and half the time we weren't quite such what was going to happen but that was really all part of it... Seeing Helen's shadow looming at the sauna door, never quite sure what she was going to bring in next....a nice scub mix or the dreaded bucket of icy cold water. Honestly had a great time! Delicious fresh fruit at the end and a little mini 'pint' of mint tea was a lovely touch. I wouldnt say it was luxurious but hammam spas aren't really are they? But it was just a lovely thing to do with friends and so lovely and warm (mostly!) compared to outside. Loved it!

We went as a group of four using KGB vouchers and can trully say we had a lovely time from the moment we walked in. We were greeted with a warm smile and made to sit down as it was our first time there and explained offer procedure. I must say we were luck because we were the only ones there at that time before their next customers arrived, we had the pleasure of staying longer in the steam room and in-between a lady came in to scrub the moroccan soap and also apply the honey mask onto our hair. After finishing the steam and shower we were made to relax with fresh fruits followed by Moroccan tea and chocolates. I must say we had a lovely time in the steam and the honey hair scrub was just wonderful. As we were leaving there were other ladies waiting to go in. Maybe few little changes are needed as to the music and maybe the relaxing area to be warmer but in all we enjoyed the offer. Thank you

I bought a special deal through PayPal for my wife as a Christmas treat to relax and tranquility after shopping. We arrived on time, but we ended waiting for 1/2 an hour. We forgotten to bring our swimming suit but the lady said there is no one and it's empty so we could stay in our underwear. We went into the steam room, it was very cold as its in the basement , despite they switched the steam on you could not set down or touch the wall as it felt like a freezer. I asked the lady can we move on to scrub and she said sorry the offer doesn't include that and I had to pay £35. When I explained I paid £60 for morocon Hamam which should include scrubbing she replied in a very rude way by saying don't talk to me I am not well paid here you should speak to manager, I left the steaming room withal angry and steaming, to be surprised and shocked more by the manager who was more rude, didn't give me a chance to explain my problem she started accusing me of not having proper swimming wear and misbehaviour and threatening me that they have video camera and everything is been recorded! and their Hamam is a family bussiness! I had no idea what she was talking about and completely shocked me by her replies I left with smaked face from shock, I didn't get my money back nor the service I was hoping for. What a way to start Christmas, trust me don't waste your time or money, these people are wicked.

casablanca spa, offers the highest class of eastern experience. The spa was clean, well organised and very intemate. The lady at the spa even managed to make my other half relax, even though he was remotely not interested. A wonderfull expereince worth the money and time spent.
