Love this quirky little shop! Attended a sewing school evening class there which was great too. I brought my own sewing machine - because I wanted to practice with it - but the machines she had were also fine. All the tools and materials were great, the fabrics were ever so lovely and we made these cute little fold over purses. Alice is a very good instructor, explaining everything clearly, patiently going over it twice more if you still don't get it, she is able to adjust the lesson to everyones individual level and needs. All in all it was a really fun evening, I learned how to make the purse, brought my own creation home with me (keep my passport in it) and I feel a lot more confident working with my sewing machine. I recommend the sewing school at In with the Old to everyone looking to learn a thing or to as part of a fun crafts night. I am certainly coming back for another session soon.

Fantastic shop, with great stock that changes all the time. Also runs great clubs (knitting, craft, photography) in the shop. Fleur
