Like a jewellery-savvy guardian angel, Joy Everley is always on hand, guiding customers – especially nervous men – through her creations made of precious metals and stones. Designs can be left-field here - bugs, fairies and bulls have all been inspirations - but at least you'll be sure you're purchasing a unique creation. One of our favourite pieces is the Diamond Stag Beetle on a Rock – this outrageous ring features a silver Stag Beetle with a row of diamonds between its golden wings. You don't need to be minted to get involved, either. Prices range from a £20 to £20,000.
