If you are looking for exclusive and pure yoga, then this is the place. The yoga teachers are highly qualified and trained and have been cherry picked. There are many types of yoga from slow yin type yoga to fast paced astanga yoga and a whole lot of varieties. There are two yoga studio rooms one hot and another one with normal temperature.

Other things that make this place quiet luxurious are the shower rooms are clean and tidy, there is a hair dryer, even ear buds which I like, the toilets are clean.

It is located in the heart of Covent Garden, with easy access to convent garden, tottenham court road, leicester square stations.

If you book a place for a yoga class, make sure you make it or cancel it at least 6 hours before to enable others to attend, or else you have to pay a penalty.

It would be nice to have filtered water fountain nearer to the studio rooms so that the customers can keep themselves hydrated easily. The reception staff are quiet nice and friendly and very helpful.
