This pool is a bit like a Sunday dinner – although the main event is good, it’s all the trimmings that make it excellent. The 25m pool is accommodating for both exercise fanatics and water babies, water temperature is kept at a comfortable 27 degrees and there are opportunities to lane swim or paddle around in the shallow end. But it’s the extras that make Peckham a great go-to pool: as well as a sauna and steam room, the hydrotherapy pool - kept at a toasty 32 degrees Celsius - is on hand for those with creaky joints.

Awful gym, which offers an outrageous customer service, with receptionists that don't even bother to acknowledge the presence of their members. I have complained regarding this lack of customer service skills several times, but it seems that managers also lack these skills. I have decided not to renew my membership, and advised other people to do the same. When asked about how my experience was using this facility, I have no positive words, as my experience was utterly negative. I have to enter a start rating, and I am giving 1 star, although this Gym deserves no stars.
On their webpage they say that there are "friendly colleagues who are always willing to help"... I am not sure whether this person is having a laugh or taking the mick out of potential members. If there is one thing which is 100% sure is that staff members there are incredibly rude, as if their duty is to be ill-mannered, and they were being paid to be totally louts.
If you want the worst customer services in the area go to Peckham pulse. I used the swimming pool for over two weeks . They are so unorganised That I have been put in the wrong classes. The swimming teacher is rude and looks to be over stress all the time. I would not recommed this place for anyone of my friends. Unless you get used to be treat like dog.
